The following are the current planed CO positions and their responsibilities. Those who have been entrusted with CO bear a great responsibility to be good examples to the clan, to keep the clan marching forward and to provide wise council to the Leader. The position is better left empty than assigned to someone who is not doing it. There is no dis-honor if you lack the time for your task. If you’re no longer able to do the work, just let the Leader know. They are respected warriors who help make the clan what it is by getting important work done and coordinating elders to help out.ĬO is not given out willy nilly but to elders who have proven themselves to be reliable examples of ideal members and who are skilled at the task in hand.įailure to keep at the work for which they have been commissioned will cause demotion to Elder. They have agreed to dedicate themselves to oversee a specific administrative area in the clan. Co-leaders (CO) are clashers who have proven themselves over time to be trustworthy, active, skilled and hardworking.
